With the electric yoghurt maker with ceramic fibroceramic insulation you will be able to produce yoghurt, stracchino and soft cheese in general. It is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and is equipped with a 230 V heating element. With the heat-insulated electric yoghurt maker you can heat, cool and pasteurise the product according to the producer's needs thanks to the manually operated thermostat that will keep the operating temperature constant. The supplied lid with stirrer keeps the product homogeneous.
