Fermentation Activator for Winemaking
Basic principle of use:
The fermentation activator is a special nutrient blend that ensures optimal yeast growth and fermentation process quality in winemaking. It is added to the must before the start of fermentation to ensure uniform and complete fermentation.
Composition:
- Diammonium phosphate
- Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride)
