All parts of the dispenser that come into contact with the dosed material are made of stainless steel AISI316, and therefore the device is suitable for dosing various substances such as sauces, creams, household chemicals, herbal pastes and liquids, paints and solvents, etc. Great possibility to set the machine differently according to the substance to be bottled, such as pressure, filling and suction speed. You can also set whether the device works automatically or under manual control. The o-rings and gaskets are manufactured in food grade PTFE and silicone for food products or in PTFE s/steel, FKM or EPDM for chemicals and cosmetics. All the other parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 L s/steel. All the connections are made by tri-clamp like those used in the pharmaceutical sector.
