Vacuum-concentrators cm 100-800L/h to 70brix

High-quality Italian 1-stage concentration evaporators, powered by a heat pump. The combined technology - heat pump + vacuum - ensures great energy savings in the production process. Warm water (+35/40C) is produced by a heat pump, which is used by the evaporator in its working process. Cold water (+12C) is produced by the same heat pump used by the steam condenser. The system automatically checks and adjusts the set temperature (+18/24C) to achieve an effective result. This 2-in-1 (cold+warm) ensures significant investment savings even at high concentration levels compared to 3-stage vaporizers. All phases of the work process can be automated and controlled by a computer. The device can work in 3 ways: 1. Circulation between tanks until the desired concentration is achieved 2. From one tank to another the desired concentration is achieved 3. By concentrating only a part of the total volume (e.g. 20%) and then mixing with the remaining volume to ensure the desired concentration level.
