Ultrasonic extraction uses a frequency range of 16-100 KHz and requires a liquid that allows the ultrasonic wave to propagate up to the plant product. Ultrasonic technology allows the complete extraction of the plant material, preserving its integrity of all the molecules contained in the plant, thermolabile, thermostable, water-soluble or fat-soluble. The result is a stable mixture of the total number of molecules in the plant cell within a few minutes. In general, extraction is more efficient by pre-grinding the plant material, which is then kept in suspension by gently shaking the plant material throughout the extraction cycle. Ultrasound for extraction allows to significantly reduce the production time because ultrasound, by breaking the cell walls, reduces the transfer times of the active ingredients. This extraction technique is considered organic because the process is only physical. You do not use or add chemicals. The achieved result is very good, which breaks down the plant almost completely.
