High-quality stainless distillation-extractor 12L. Made in Italy. With the device, it is possible to produce various essential and vegetable oils very easily and quickly. Available in sizes 12 - 250L. The bottom of the unit is filled with water up to the grate and plant material is added and heated to boiling on a gas or electric stove. As a result of distillation, water vapor is released together with vegetable oils, which are captured in a glass flask, which in turn is cooled with water (the cooling process must start at approx. +50C). Since oil is lighter than water, oil and water separate from each other in the glass flask. The whole process takes approx. 60-70 min depending on the power of the heater. The devices can use fresh or dried plant material such as lavender, mint, rosemary, thyme, bay leaves, sage, oregano, chamomile, rose, eucalyptus, lemon balm, peppermint, wormwood, basil, verbena grass, cypress, mountain pines, helichrysum, geranium, eucalyptus, juniper, mastic, marjoram, parsley, rue, turpentine, valerian, etc..
