Wine Stabilization Solution
General principle:
This specialized wine stabilization solution is designed to prevent and solve various problems affecting wine quality. The solution works at the level of colloidal reactions, ensuring wine clarity and stability.
Composition:
- Kordofan or Seyal gum arabic in solution (concentration up to 30%)
- Citric acid 3.5%
- Sulfur dioxide 0.45%
- Demineralized water (supplemented up to 100%)
Application area:
The solution is effective in preventing and solving the following issues:
- Iron-induced turbidity
- Copper-induced turbidity
- Color precipitation
- Protein coagulation
- Prevention of metatartaric acid crystallization
Dosage guide:
- General use: 20-100g/hl
- As metatartaric acid aid: 20 cc/hl
- Against protein coagulation and copper turbidity: 40 cc/hl
- Against iron turbidity: 70 cc/hl
Instructions for use:
Add the solution to clear wines immediately before the final sterilizing filtration. Bottling must be done immediately after addition.
