Pasteurizers are equipped with spiral heat exchangers and a hot water circulation pump. The juice tube is located inside the hot water tube with a larger diameter - hot water and the juice to be pasteurized move in opposite directions to each other, ensuring even heating of the juice. The power of the pasteurizer is stepwise adjustable according to the number of working heaters. The thermostat ensures the maintenance of the hot water temperature set by the user, which should be 4-5 degrees warmer than the temperature of the juice coming out. In the case of EHA18, EHA27 and EHA45 models, setting the juice temperature is by changing the flow rate using a manually adjustable valve, an external pump is required to feed the raw juice. EHA18E, EHA27E and EHA45E are equipped with a juice pump and the ability to automatically adjust the temperature of the juice. Pasteurizer EHA-18E productivity up to 200l/h and power is 18kw (2x9kw) 400V/32A. Warm-up time approx. 15 min. Dimensions 750x500x1150 mm, weight 150 kg.
