PTFE Mesh Filter 1.5" TC, Stainless Steel (Teflon, 7-mesh)

Made from high-quality 304 grade stainless steel mesh and PTFE Teflon. The flange is designed to fit all standard 1.5-inch tri-clover connections.

This is compatible with all other 1.5-inch Tri-Clover fittings we sell. It can also be used with the 1.5" hop filter as an inline filter or maceration airlock.

This stainless steel mesh filter has an integrated PTFE (Teflon) seal on the outer side. The hard PTFE compound is highly resistant to chemicals and heat. It can be used as a standard seal or as a filter preventing large particles from passing through your tri-clover connections.

This fitting is often used in distillation to retain packing material or in pot distillation to retain botanicals in the vapor stream.

Product usage principle: The mesh filter is used to remove or separate solid particles from liquids. The filter is installed between pipes, allowing liquid to flow through while stopping solid particles.
