The pasteurizer is designed for pasteurizing larger quantities of different juices. It consists of a 50L stainless pot, a lid and a heat exchanger coil. By heating the bottom of the pot, the water heats up, which in turn transfers the heat to the juice moving along the spiral. Productivity depends on the power of the heat source. After bottling, it is advisable to refrigerate as soon as possible, thus preserving the natural taste and as many nutrients as possible.
