USED PASTEURIZERA pasteurizer used for heat treatment or heating of liquid, low-viscosity foods and drinking water. The machine is designed according to safety requirements. The heat exchanger performs heat treatment in an installed stainless steel pipe. Heat is provided by a gas boiler. The temperature of the heating water is controlled by the boiler. The temperature of the treated liquid is controlled by a bypass valve. Temperature control at two points, the heat exchanger and once at the outlet. The machine automatically controls the temperature of the heat exchanger. The pasteurizer works automatically. If the juice temperature drops below the desired temperature, the machine switches off and the juice circulates in the bypass system until the temperature reaches the set level. Then the machine will take the extra filling. At the end of the work, the tube spiral can be cleaned very easily with a sponge ball. It requires minimal maintenance.
