Conical fermenter 60° 75L Ideal for fermenting beer and other nutritional liquids. Made of Aisi 304 stainless steel (18/10) which meets all food safety regulations. Equipped with two stainless steel ball valves, one 1" for bottom drain and the other 1/2" for sampling and removal of sediment-free liquid. The 60° conical bottom facilitates the separation of yeasts and sediments that settle to the bottom, thus allowing better and more precise cleaning. With this solution, e.g. beer as little as possible in contact with exhausted yeasts. TIG welding facilitates cleaning and disinfection. The tank is closed with a thick lid equipped with food-grade silicone gaskets and butterfly screws to tighten the sealing clips. Excellent stability thanks to the integrated legs.
