Ideal for producing high quality jam. The pot is made of 18/10 stainless steel (AISI 304). Equipped with: stainless steel lid , reinforced with stainless steel mesh for steam escape. 220V motor, stainless steel blades, stainless steel handles, thermometer probe input, professional analog thermometer, stainless steel protection for thermometer.
