Stirring motor Sirem IP55 131W, 25 rpm, three-phase, one-piece mixing unit without joints for MPP1000 - MPP2000 models, Liftable stirring motors facilitate cleaning. The milk flow container and the evaporator plate comply with international standards (ISO 5708). Stainless steel dipstick and standard calibration chart. Stainless steel valve DN50 (MPP 1000lt - MPP 6000lt), PVC cap with stainless blade. Lid Ø400mm MPP 1000lt - MPP 3000lt. Washing pipe Ø25mm stainless steel with a rotating washing head, the openings of which do not clog. Stainless pressure valve (vent cap).
