Labelling unit FleXlabeller PE-E

Semi-automatic and high-quality labeler from an Italian manufacturer. Places the first and back labels on the bottle (stickers on one roll alternately) and automatically adds the batch number or date to the label (print as an accessory). Dimensions: 380 x 740 x 300; weight 14.5 kg; productivity up to 600pdl/h. The following accessories are included with the device: 2'he label labeling, accessories for narrow labels, which prevent the label from shifting on the label roll. Max. label dimensions: width 180mm, length 200mm. PS Make sure that the bottles used are straight, i.e. not with an irregular surface. If it has an irregular surface, then: 1 - do not apply any label around the bottle to the bottle, as it tends to create wrinkles and air bubbles 2 - preferably apply the label on the front and back (from one roll) in order to convey enough graphics and data required by law with the label. 3 - avoid plastic materials for labels, especially polypropylene, which is particularly sensitive to surface irregularities. 4 - we recommend using plain paper or, as an alternative, coated paper of a certain weight.
