The Housing 30" 3-bay filter with Bypass is a device used in the filtration stage before bottling to carry out complete cleaning, sterilisation, and cold polishing of beer, wine, fruit juices, or other food liquids. Thanks to the integrated bypass system, it allows filtering the liquid at the same time with three different filtration levels or excluding one or more bays as needed. The equipment features three 30" AISI 316 stainless steel bays, ensuring maximum hygiene and safety during beverage filtration and effectively removing yeast cells and bacteria while minimising any changes to the final product. Housing 30" filter cartridges have pore sizes ranging from 0.1 to 50 µm and a working capacity of up to 1000 L/h. Compact and durable even under severe operating conditions, the materials used ensure high quality. Additionally, the disassembly of various components simplifies cleaning after use.
