The Housing 30" 2-bay filter with Bypass is an instrument used in the filtration stage preceding bottling to perform complete cleaning, sterilisation, and cold polishing of beer, wine, fruit juices, or other food liquids. Thanks to the integrated bypass system, it allows filtering the liquid with three different degrees of filtration simultaneously or excluding one or more bays as needed. The equipment structure consists of three 30" AISI 316 stainless steel bays, ensuring maximum hygiene and safety in beverage filtration, effectively removing yeast cells and bacteria while minimising alterations to the final product. The Housing 30" filter cartridges, with pore sizes ranging from 0.1 to 50 µm, offer a working capacity of up to 700 L/h. Compact and durable, the Housing 30" filter is designed to withstand severe operating conditions, ensuring high-quality performance. Additionally, the disassembly of components simplifies post-use cleaning.
