The Harvest Right Lyophilizer / Freeze Dryer is the perfect addition to any laboratory. The Scientific Freeze Dryer can be fully customized to your preferred processes. You can have multiple controllable profiles, each allowing the condensing unit and oil-free vacuum pump to automatically turn on and off with rising, adjustable temperature and time settings. Main features and advantages: 5-trays/drying surface, can freeze-dry up to 12-15kg of raw material. Full color touch screen. 6 liter ice condensing capacity. The operation allows customization of recipes (up to 10 heat treatments and 12 drying steps). Control of freezing rate. This means that the freezing rate can be accelerated or slowed down. Control of the final freezing temperature. Checking the material's upper freezing point holding time before starting the drying cycle. Shelf temperature control during dry cycle. This involves setting up to five different shelf temperatures, allowing the material to dry in phases, at different temperatures.
