Filler DANA API MATIC 2000+ adjustable, with rotary table + 10l funnel

Swienty's large filling station with the DANA api MATIC 2000+ filling machine ensures high capacity and continuous filling process. The filling machine is equipped with a gear pump powered by a robust motor, ensuring precise filling and easy adjustment of fill volume and other settings via the control panel. All components in contact with the product are made of food-grade materials that are easy to dismantle and clean.

Empty jars are placed on the turntable, which then moves them forward to the filling machine. When the sensor under the filling machine is activated, the jar stops and the filling process begins. Once filled, the next empty jar moves under the filler, while the filled jars are collected in the center.

Operating principle:
The device is designed for professional use in industrial filling applications where precise dosing and continuous filling process are required. Ideal for filling honey, liquid foods, and other fluids.
