SafBrew™ LA-01 yeast for non-alcoholic beverage production

SafBrew™ LA-01 is a special Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. chevalieri yeast strain developed for producing non-alcoholic and low-alcohol beverages (below 0.5% ABV).
