Entirely made of Aisi 304 stainless steel (18/10 food grade), the tank is equipped with stainless steel legs and wheels to facilitate movement even when fully loaded during the production of wine, kombucha, cheese stretching, maceration and infusion of fruit and other foods. The tub is equipped with a total discharge valve, but upon request it is possible to customize it, adding other valves, themo-wells, doors and other accessories according to the customer's needs.
