Fermentation Stopper 10g for 25L of Wine
Contains 5g of potassium metabisulfite E224 and 5g of potassium sorbate E202. This agent destroys yeast, stops the fermentation process and preserves wine quality. It protects wine against re-fermentation and spoilage in the bottle during aging.
Amount is intended for treating 25 liters of wine.
Usage principle: The fermentation stopper is added to wine after the main fermentation has ended to ensure wine stability and preservation. It works by destroying active yeast cells and preventing their further activity, which could cause unwanted fermentation. Addition should be done immediately before bottling the wine or at the beginning of the stabilization period.
