Basic Service Package

  • Slicing whole apples with cores
  • Drying of sliced apples
  • Packaging in 20-liter airtight plastic buckets (deposit packaging)

Raw Material Requirements

  • Minimum quantity: 50 kg of apples
  • Apples must be washed
  • Pre-booking required

Additional Services

  • Slicing service: 10 euros/10m² (includes VAT)
  • Vacuum packaging in special bags
