Sanavin is a specialized white, odorless powder designed for regulating acidity and improving wine quality. It helps achieve the ideal taste profile while preserving the authentic properties of the wine.

Composition:

Operating principle:

- 110 g/hl reduces tartaric acid content by 1 g/l
