Sanavin - Wine Acidity Regulator
Sanavin is a professional wine acidity regulator designed for quality wine production. This specially developed product helps balance wine acidity while preserving the wine's essential organoleptic properties.
Composition:
- Potassium hydrogen carbonate 90%
- Neutral tartrate 10%
Properties:
White, odorless powder that dissolves well in wine. The product is hygroscopic, meaning it absorbs moisture from the air.

Dosage:

2. Add the powder to wine slowly while stirring continuously
3. Note that initially, lots of foam will form, which disappears over time
