Braided Wort Heat Exchanger - Counterflow Chiller
This copper counterflow chiller is probably one of the fastest ways to cool wort. It is as efficient as 30-plate chillers, however, it is easier to clean as it doesn't have small crevices where hop material and other solids could get trapped. Copper is a very good heat conductor. These units are 23 cm in diameter and approximately 18 cm high. The input and output are approximately 10 mm in outside diameter.
