The 500 litre, 10° conical bottom motorised stainless steel mixer is the ideal tool for easily mixing your liquids and for producing wine, kombucha, cheese spinning, macerating and infusing fruit and other foods. Entirely made of high quality Aisi 304 stainless steel, the motorised stainless steel mixer is equipped with a thick reinforced stainless steel lid with stainless steel hooks, 220 Volt motor with speed reducer (14 rpm) and mixing paddles. It also has two drains to facilitate emptying and cleaning operations: a total DIN 32 drain with a DIN32 M x DIN 32 F stainless steel ball valve positioned on the bottom, and a partial DIN 32 drain with a DIN32 M x DIN 32 F stainless steel ball valve positioned on the cylinder. The 500-litre, 10° conical bottom motorised stainless steel mixer has a diameter of 1025 mm and features a mirror-polished internal finish and a satin-brushed welded external finish; there is also a practical hose barb compatible with DIN32 M x PG30 pipe connections.
