Ideal for storing wine and liquid foods during fermentation, made of AISI 304 stainless steel (18/10 food grade) and compliant with food safety regulations. Equipped with an air float kit, two stainless steel ball valves (1" for total discharge and 1/2" raised from the bottom for liquid withdrawal without sediment). The 60° conical bottom ensures easy sediment removal for better cleanliness, with TIG welds simplifying cleaning and sanitisation. The integrated pedestal provides excellent stability.
