Clarifying gelatin is an effective means for making beverages clear, efficiently removing suspended particles and improving visual quality. The product dissolves easily in heated liquid and is simple to dose.
Usage principle: Gelatin should be dissolved in heated water (at 40-60°C), then gently stirred into the beverage being processed. After treatment, allow the beverage to settle and then filter. Clarifying gelatin is particularly effective for beverages made from berries, helping to remove excess tannin and improving the visual quality of the beverage.
