Enzymatic Wine Clarifier

Principle of use:
This enzymatic preparation is designed to enhance the wine clarification process and improve quality. The product works specifically in the winemaking process, helping to remove sediments and increase the overall wine quality.

Composition:
- Pectinase
- Maltodextrin
- NaCl (sodium chloride)

Properties and benefits:

Instructions for use:
1. First perform a test with a small amount
2. Dissolve 1-3 grams of product per hectoliter of must
3. Add solution to the wine being treated

- Recommended temperature 10-15°C
- Best before 30.09.2026

Important note:
Enzymes bind with bentonite. Perform bentonite clarification no earlier than 10-12 hours after adding the enzyme.

Within certain limits, it can be considered a valid alternative to the use of potassium ferrocyanide when the excess of heavy metals is contained.
