Stainless pneumatic cheese press for small producers. To achieve a good result, the pressure should not be more than 9bar and the air gap should not be more than 5mm. The filled cheese molds are placed on a 700x1000x650mm work surface so that the cylinder can be pressed from the center of the molds. The 400x400mm plates are placed on top of the cheese moulds. The exact air pressure and pressing time depend on the type of cheese being made..
