Q: Can I use this with a standard 10A power connection in my home?
A: Out of the box, this unit requires a 15A power connection. However, you can convert it to work with a 10A connection in two different ways:
1. Purchase a device like the Ampfibian Mini 15A to 10A adapter. Using this, you can operate the DigiBoil, but if you turn on all three heating elements, the circuit breaker will trip. For this reason, you can use a maximum of 2 heating elements (not all three).
2. Alternatively, you can remove the cord and replace it with a 10A cord, but in doing so, you must also disconnect the larger heating element to deactivate it in the unit.

So yes, you can use this device with a 10A power connection, but only if you're willing to accept 1300W less power as a result.

This digital turbo boiler is a quality-made turbo boiler of 304-grade stainless steel.

The 65-liter capacity is the total volume, so typically when using it as a beer boiler, you would only fill it up to 50-60 liters to leave 5-10 liters of headspace for comfortable boiling.

The boiler has a quality stainless steel tap with stainless connection and 1/2-inch thread so you can attach a wide range of other half-inch fittings, such as camlocks and many other fittings that we can supply.

The unit comes with a concealed heating element for easy cleaning.

The digital display can be set from 0°C up to 140°C in 1°C increments, and the display shows temperature with 1°C resolution.

The side of the boiler is marked with liter and gallon scales accurate to +/- 1 liter.

The dimensions of this unit are: 42 cm diameter, 74 cm height.

Important note: Lid clamps are only for distillation lids. These should not be used with glass lids.
