Brewing Kettle 65L BrewZilla Gen 4.1 with 25W pump 2000W/1000W/500W
BrewZilla Gen 4 is a compact all-in-one double batch home brewing system designed to operate from a 15-amp electrical outlet. The system requires a dedicated 15-amp circuit to function. It's a complete solution featuring delayed timing and step mashing capabilities. The unit is built for batches up to 60 liters and is the next step up from the 35L BrewZilla model, making it an ideal double batch system for those who want complete control over their brewing process from start to finish.
Features that distinguish this brewing kettle from other designs:
Fully concave drain bottom:
The new bottom design allows complete drainage, meaning you get every drop of wort. No more tilting the kettle to get the last drops of wort. This also enables CIP cleaning using the new low-volume CIP spray rotor.
PPSU graduated sight glass (standard on 4.1 model):
The added sight glass allows you to monitor BrewZilla levels without side peeking or removing the malt pipe, ensuring confidence in water inlet monitoring.
25-watt pump (standard on 4.1 model):
Upgrading from 6 watts, the BrewZilla 65L 4.1 with 25-watt pump can cool and transfer wort faster than ever before. (Please note that high flow rates aren't necessary for mashing through the malt pipe, adjust flow rate as needed)
False bottom pump protection filter:
A key feature of all BrewZilla all-in-one units is the false bottom protection filter. This filter eliminates the need for whirlpooling and filters wort, preventing over 95% of hops and hot break material from clogging the pump, significantly reducing blocked pump issues common in other brewing kettle designs.
Ultra-low power density:
BrewZilla's power density is significantly lower than other brewing kettles. The main advantage of lower power density is the ability to produce lighter beers that might otherwise be affected by caramelization. Ultra-low power density also means less risk of boil-over, less buildup on the element making cleaning easier, and ultimately reduces element wear, meaning elements last significantly longer even under substantial use.
RAPT/WiFi connectivity:
The new Gen 4 model is the first BrewZilla to connect to the RAPT portal (https://app.rapt.io/). This portal allows you to track, record, and monitor your brews online. This significantly reduces the need for handwritten brew day notes as everything happens automatically. The RAPT portal allows you to view all previous brews and control the brewing kettle remotely, so you can start preheating water from afar or simply monitor the brewing process while doing something else. You receive notifications on your mobile phone when it's time to add hops or start boiling.
The unit includes many other features including Bluetooth gateway capability, enhanced bottom design with easy pump access, full-color RAPT controller, 15-amp IEC cable for easy storage, improved lid handles, and a two-stage enlarged malt pipe.
