Brewing Kettle 35L BrewZilla Gen 4.1 with pump 1900/500W
BrewZilla Gen 4.1 is a compact single-stage home brewing system that operates from a single 220-240V power outlet. It's a complete solution with timer and step mashing functions. The system is designed for batches up to 30L, making it an ideal solution for those wanting to take their first step into all-grain brewing while maintaining complete control over their batch from start to finish.
Features that distinguish this brewing kettle from other brewing equipment:
Fully concave drainage system
The new bottom design allows complete drainage, meaning you collect every last drop of wort. No more tilting the brewing kettle to get the last drop of wort. This makes the device suitable for CIP cleaning using the new low-volume CIP spray rotor (KL04329).
False bottom with pump protection screen
One of the main features on all BrewZilla single-stage units is the false bottom protection screen. This screen eliminates the need for whirlpooling and filters the wort, preventing more than 95% of hops and hot break from entering the pump, significantly reducing pump clogging issues common with other brewing equipment.
PPSU graduated sight glass (standard in 4.1 version)
With the added sight glass, you can sparge with confidence, knowing your BrewZilla level without having to peek from the side/lift out the malt pipe.
Adjustable lid clamps (standard in 4.1 version)
You can now adjust tension as needed depending on what accessory you're mounting on your BrewZilla. Whether it's an offset still or just a tighter fit for extension sleeves. WARNING: Do not use clamps or adjustable clamps with glass lids, clamps are only for metal steam condensers, distillation lids, or extensions.
Ultra-low power density
BrewZilla has significantly lower power density than other brewing equipment. The main advantage of lower power density is the ability to produce lighter beers that would otherwise get some caramelization. Ultra-low power density also means less chance of boil-overs, less debris buildup on elements making cleaning easier, and ultimately reduces element wear meaning your elements last longer even with significant use.
RAPT/Wifi connectivity
The new Gen 4 model is the first BrewZilla to connect to the RAPT portal (https://app.rapt.io/). This portal allows you to track, save, and monitor your brews online. This significantly reduces the need for handwritten brew day notes as everything happens automatically. The RAPT portal also lets you see all previous brews and control the brewing kettle remotely to start water pre-heating remotely or simply monitor the brewing process while doing something else. Get notifications on your mobile phone when to add hops or start boiling.
With this easy access and control, RAPT BrewZilla also allows you to fully customize your brew day with profiles exactly tailored to your brewing style or recipe. For example, you can set up your profile to get certain alarms or messages when you need to do something. Such as grain addition when strike temperature is reached. Mash-out alarm when ready for sparging. Salt/hop additions when you've reached boil. As well as hop stand additions or cooling instructions. All with one button press that's pre-programmed for what you want to do. No more egg timer or phone timer needed. Everything is controlled from one place.
Bluetooth Gateway device
KegLand is currently developing various Bluetooth devices such as the KL24334 RAPT Bluetooth thermometer (low energy BLE) and other sensors that work with this brewing equipment. This brewing kettle can receive BLE beacon signals and transmit this information to the RAPT portal. Also, by receiving multiple BLE thermometer sensors, the brewing kettle is capable of making smarter and more automated decisions on how to control the brewing or distillation process. For example, a BLE thermometer can be placed in cooling water so you get an alarm if the temperature is too high, BLE thermometer can be placed in the center of the malt pipe so you can more accurately control element on/off to achieve malt pipe center temperature etc.
