Suitable for closed, heat resistant packaged product’s final sterilization or heat treatment. The user can maximize the product’s shelf life. Advised fields of use: jams, marmalades, juices, syrups, sauces, fruit and vegetable purées. The water is heated with two heating rods, the bottles are placed in the wire baskets and heated to the desired temperature. The temperature control is fully automatic and when the set temperature is reached, the system switches off automatically.
