Externally and internally regenerated with oxygenation and tannin enrichment, this barrel infuses the wine with aromas from both the grapes and the wood. Tannins, which give wine its color and delicate pinkish hues, also act as preservatives, offering antibacterial protection and enhancing the wine's longevity. Characteristics: Length: 110 cm, Ø 95 cm. Manhole connection: 1". Manhole dimensions: 267x186 mm. Cork stopper included. Instructions: After washing, ensure the barrel is fully dry and free of moisture, then sulphurise with 5/10 g/hl. If not used immediately, wrap in plastic and store in a room with 75-80% humidity, no draughts, low light, and UV protection.
